Heather and Stevie are expecting a baby Girl and came back to Michigan so we could shower them both and their soon to be new baby Lung.
Mia and Melania busting out their dance moves to Just Dance 4 on the Wii.
With a shower last weekend came all of Andy's lifelong friends. We were thrilled to see the Morrisson family again and at least get to entertain them at our house for a bit and feed them breakfast. Tom also drove in from Adrian, which we were happy about, but sad he came without his family in tote. Then all the local friends showed up as well, including Marc, Richie and Sarah.
Olivia getting in some quality snuggle time with our Goddaughter Everleigh. Sara says she can be a fussy girl and doesn't like to go to others, but we've yet to see that side of her. She's always tons of fun and super happy when we've seen her.
Melaina and Keith hanging out at the shop. Yes, the "Guys Shower" was no where else than the shop. I forgot my camera for Heather's shower, but the boys were kind enough to invite the women and children to the shop for dinner and to hang out. After awhile we definitely got the hint it was time for us to leave so they could continue with their "guy things."
Olivia was soaking up the attention from all of guys. She loves to be the center of attention, but with it came her sassy attitude that was driving me nuts. I love her attitude at times, but other times I want to slap it out of her. Marc seemed to be in good spirits and knows how to handle Olivia when she gets that way.
One last serious photo. We were so glad to see Andy's group of friends all together again, and for a wonderful reason. So often people reunite at funerals, but this is such a blessed occasion. We also got to entertain Heather and Steve Tuesday evening for dinner at our house. We're so thankful they stayed for a week so we could have some quality time with them ourselves. Steve is a nervous wreck about the baby and Heather, but they both will be terrific parents. Heather will balance out Stevie's paranoias and the spoiling I'm sure he will do with his daughter. We wish them nothing but the best in their future as parents.
